沟通技巧在艾滋病合并肺结核病患者中的应用

Effect of communication skills used in nursing of AIDS amalgamative tuberculosis

目的：探讨沟通技巧在艾滋病合并肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法：对我院2006年10月~2009年10月收治的57例艾滋病合并肺结核患者采取灵活的沟通技巧。结果：1月后随访,患者被家人歧视情况低于入院时（P〈0.05）,服药依从性、知道及时到医院就诊的情况高于入院时（P〈0.01）。结论：采用有效的沟通技巧,可改善患者家人对患者的歧视心理,使患者消除不良的心理因素,增强自我康复意识,提高生存的信心,从而主动配合治疗。

Abjective Disscussed the effect of communication skills in nursing AIDS TB patients.Methods：57 cases of AIDS patients amalgamative tuberculosis of the flexible communication skills from October 2006 to October 2009.Results：1 month after follow-up,discrimination,medication adherence,don＇t know when to hospital admission,compared with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using effective communication skills,can make the patient to eliminate undesirable psychological factors,and enhance the patients recovered consciousness,improve self confidence and survival of patients with active treatment.
