妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床护理

The clinical nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:总结妊娠合并糖尿病患者的护理方法。方法:对50例妊娠合并糖尿病患者采取科学、规范、合理的综合性临床护理,注重心理护理,坚持饮食治疗和运动指导,胰岛素治疗,预防低血糖和感染的发生,坚持监测血糖。结果:本组50例患者血糖均控制在正常范围,母婴均安全。结论:加强对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的孕期、分娩期、产褥期的护理,对降低及避免围产期母婴并发症的发生,提高母婴生存质量起着重要的作用。

Objective：To summarize the nursing about gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.Methods：Using the synthetic nursing which is scientific,normative and rational for 50 cases patients of GDM.Pay attention to the mental nursing,stick to dietetic therapeutics and tractarian therapeutics,cure by insulin,prevent appearance of hypoglycemia and infection,stick to monitor blood sugar.Results：The blood sugar of 50 cases patients of GDM can be control.Mothers and babies were safe.Conclusion：It is important the quality of mothers and babies,reduce the compuctions occur that pay attention to the nursing of pregnancy,parturition and puerperium.
