DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing DHS fixation treatment elderly intertrochanteric fractures

目的：总结应用DHS治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的围手术期护理方法。方法：对62例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用DHS内固定,术前、术后给予精心护理,积极行早期功能锻炼。结果：所有患者术后无1例发生严重并发症,髋关节功能恢复情况：优良59例,差3例。术后有9例患者发生并发症,分别为髋内翻畸形4例,泌尿系统感染1例,4例伴有肢体短缩1.5~2.5 cm。除发生泌尿系统感染患者外,其余出现并发症的患者均伴有不同程度的髋部疼痛。结论：对DHS内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行正确的、合理的围手术期护理是减少并发症、促进骨折愈合的重要保证。

Objective：To evaluate perioperative nursing of DHS treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods： 62 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture fixation with DHS,preoperative and postoperative intensive care given to an active line of early functional exercise.Results：The healing of hip-jiont function with good were 59 cases,and bad 3 cases.There were 4 cases of hip varus deformity,1 case with urnary infection limb shortening in 4 cases of hip pain in varying degrees,all the other results were satisfactory.Conclusion： The DHS fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of elderly patients with a correct and reasonable care could reduce perioperative complications and it is an important guarantee for the promotion of fracture healing.
