Study on Characteristics of Transmission Spectrumof 1D Three Element Photonic Crystal with Defect Layer

运用光学传输矩阵理论,研究了有缺陷的一维三元光子晶体的透射谱特性。数值模拟结果表明:光子晶体透射谱特性将受到缺陷层折射率和光学厚度的影响。

By using the method of optical transfer maxtrix , the characteristics of Transmission spectrum of 1D three element photonic crystal with defect layer were studied. The investigation results show that the effect of the defect＇s defect dielectric refractive index and optical thickness of Characteristics of Transmission spectrum of photonic crystal.
