摘要 本文讨论应用微波对白血病进行无损探测的可能性.在建立柱坐标系下分析人体小腿微波散射特性的时域有限差分(FDTD)算法模型的基础上,具体计算了三种不同微波频率下人体小腿上部的微波散射特性及白血病的存在对其产生的影响.数值结果表明,当存在白血病时人体小腿上部的微波散射特性有较大变化,据此可以判断白血病的存在及其病变程度.该技术可应用于白血病的无损探测及治疗过程中的监测. The possibility of detecting leukemia or monitoring the treatment of leukemia by using microwave is discussed. FDTD method in the cylindrical coordinate system is used to analyze microwave scattering characteristics of the lower leg with the presence of leukemia. At three point frequencies, numerical results show that the variation of electric field outside the leg is great when the leukemia strikes. Accordingly, the leukemia can be identified directly. The approach can be applied to the undestructive detecting of leukemia and the monitoring of the process of chemotherapy in the treatment of leukemia.
