摘要
以苯胺、聚硫橡胶预聚体为主要原料,采用电化学一步法原位复合,制备了聚苯胺/聚硫橡胶复合膜.用LCR电桥、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线能量散射谱(X-rayEDS)、热分析(DSC、TGA)对复合膜的导电率、结构进行了研究,讨论了它们的组成。
A series of polyaniline/thiokol rubber(PAn/TR)composite films has been prepared by electrochemical polymerization in one_step process in the solutions containing aniline and thiokol rubber prepolymer. The electric coductivity and structure of the composite films were studied by using LCR bridge,FT_IR,SEM,XRD, X-ray EDS, DSC, TGA. The relationships of the compositions,structure and properties of the composite films were discussed.
