摘要 目的研究苏木(Caesalpinia sappan L.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、ODS柱层析等技术分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质结合光谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从苏木乙酸乙酯提取物中分离并鉴定了8种化合物:鸢尾苷(tectorigenin)(1),苏木酮A(sappanone A)(2),3-去氧苏木酮B(3-deoxysappanone B)(3),苏木查尔酮(sappanchalcone)(4),3-去氧苏木查尔酮(3-deoxysappanchalcone)(5),原苏木素B(protosappanin B)(6),(-)-丁香树脂酚((-)-syringaresinol)(7),表苏木醇(episappanol)(8)。结论化合物1系首次从苏木中分离所得。药理实验结果表明化合物2~4对H2O2所致内皮细胞损伤有显著的保护作用。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia sappan L. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by SiO2, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were determined on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated from Caesalpinia sappan L. and identified as tectorigenin (1), sappanone A (2), 3-deoxysappanone B (3), sappanchalcone (4), 3-deoxysappanchalcone (5), protosappanin B (6), (-)-syringaresinol (7) and episappanol (8). Conclusion Compound 1 can be obtained from Caesalpinia sappan L. for the first time and compound 2-4 can significantly attenuate endothelial cell damage induced by H2O2.
