摘要
目的研究臭椿椿皮的化学成分。方法柱层析分离和纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从椿皮中分离出9个化合物,分别是β-谷甾醇,20-R-hydroxydammara-24-en-3-one(Ⅱ),piscidionl A(Ⅲ),12β,20(s)-dihydroxydammar-24-en-3-one(Ⅳ),ocotillone(Ⅴ),hispidol B(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ),东莨菪内酯(Ⅷ),山奈酚(Ⅸ)。结论化合物Ⅵ系首次从该属中分得,化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ系首次从椿皮中分得。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the barks of Ailanthus altissima Swingle. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by the column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol, 20-R-hydroxydammara-24-en-3-one (II), piscidionl A (III), 12β,20(s)- dihydroxydammar-24-en-3-one (IV), ocotillone (V), hispidol B (VI), daucosterol (VII), scopoletin (Ⅷ), kaempferol (IX). Conclusion Compound VI is isolated from Ailanthus for the first time. Compounds II -IV, Ⅷ and IX are isolated from the barks of Ailanthus altissima Swingle for the first time.
