罗红霉素对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎血清中TNF-α和IL-8释放的影响 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨罗红霉素(roxithromycin,RM)对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平变化的临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法,检测30名CRS患者小剂量服用RM胶囊12周前后血清IL-8、TNF-α释放的水平,同时结合临床疗效的评分,对照20名健康人(对照组)作比较。结果 RM组治疗前血清中TNF-α和IL-8的水平明显高于对照组和治疗后水平(P<0.01)。结论 TNF-α和IL-8因子可能参与CRS的病理生理过程,RM可能通过抑制炎性介质(TNF-α和IL-8)来参与CRS的抗炎,动态观察CRS患者的血清TNF-α和IL-8水平的变化,对评估用药疗效和判断预后有一定的帮助。
