摘要 20世纪90年代初,Tuerk等[1]建立了一种新的组合化学技术--指数富集的配体系统进化技术(Systematic evolutionof ligands by exponential enrichment,SELEX),筛选到噬菌体T4DNA聚合酶的RNA配体,即核酸适配子(aptamer)。核酸适配子能与生物靶分子高特异性和高亲和力结合,
