灭幽汤对小鼠幽门螺杆菌感染性胃炎NF-κB表达的影响

Effects of Mieyou decoction on NF-κB expression of experimental H.pylori associated gastritis

目的观察灭幽汤对昆明小鼠幽门螺杆菌(H.Pylori)相关性胃炎的疗效及其对NF-κB表达的影响。方法采用H.pylori菌液灌胃法造模,将造模成功的小鼠按体质量随机分为模型组、灭幽汤高、低剂量组、三九胃泰组,连续给药2周。HE染色观察胃组织病理形态学改变,免疫组化法分析NF-κB蛋白的表达。结果灭幽汤高、低剂量组H.Pylori阳性率均明显低于模型组及三九胃泰组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);灭幽汤高、低剂量组胃黏膜炎症程度均低于模型组及三九胃泰组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);灭幽汤高、低剂量组NF-κB表达强度均明显低于模型对照组及三九胃泰组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灭幽汤能抑制H.Pylori,改善胃黏膜血流,减轻胃黏膜炎症;灭幽汤可能通过抑制NF-κB的表达起到减少炎症反应的作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Mieyou decoction on NF-κB expression and the curative effect of it for H.p-associated gastritis.Methods After the modeling,induced with lavaging H.p bacilli,all the mice were randomly divided into model group,Miey-ou decoction high,middle and lower dosages group,Sanjiu Weitai group.After 2 weeks of ad-ministration,the changes of gastric tissues were measured with HE staining,and NF-κB pro-tein expression with immunohistochemistry analysis.Results The H.p positive rate in Miey-ou decoction groups were lower than that in model group and Sanjiu Weitai group（P〈0.05）;the gastric mucosal inflammation in Mieyou decoction groups were significantly lighter than that in the model control group and Sanjiu Weitai group（P〈0.05）;the NF-κB expression intensity in Mieyou-Tang groups were lower than that in the model control group and Sanjiu Weitai group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Mieyou decoction can inhibit H.pylori,improve gastric mucosal blood flow,reduce gastric mucosal inflammation;and Mieyou decoction maybe reduce the inflammation through inhibiting the expression of NF-κB to protect gastric mucosa.
