正天脑复康胶囊对小鼠耐缺氧效应的研究

Studies on the Effect of Zhengtian Naofukang Capsule on Anti-Hypoxia Capacity in Mice

目的:研究正天脑复康胶囊对小鼠的耐缺氧效应。方法:采用常压耐缺氧法、断头喘息法和结扎双侧颈总动脉法。结果:正天脑复康胶囊能显著延长常压耐缺氧条件下小鼠的存活时间,延长断头小鼠喘息时间和结扎双侧颈总动脉小鼠的存活时间。结论:正天脑复康胶囊具有显著的耐缺氧作用。

Objective:To study the effect of the Zhengtian Naofukang capsule on anti-hypoxia capacity in mices. Methods:Hypoxia tolerance test under normal pressure,Rapid head-cut test,the pairs of side common carotid artery litature test. Results:Zhengtian Naofukang capsule could significantly prolong the survival time of the mice in the condition of Hypoxia under the normal pressure,the survival time of the mice of head-cut and the survival time of the mice that their pairs of side common carotid artery were ligated. Conclusion:The Zhengtian Naofukang capsule had significant effect anti-hypoxia capacity in mice.
