天麻钩藤饮对小鼠睡眠及自主活动的拆方研究

Prescription Dismantlement Study on Effect of Tianmagoutengyin Decoction on Spontaneous Activity and Sleep in mice

目的:研究天麻钩藤饮及其拆方组对小鼠睡眠和自主活动的影响,分析各配伍组的作用效果差异。方法:以含与不含镇静药、安神药对天麻钩藤饮进行拆方,各组灌胃给药60min后记录小鼠5min内自主活动次数及与阈剂量戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果:天麻钩藤饮全方及去夜交藤、茯神组与正常对照组相比能显著抑制小鼠自主活动、延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠睡眠的时间(P<0.05,P<0.01),其余各组均有相应趋势。结论:天麻钩藤饮去夜交藤、茯神后,在镇静、催眠作用方面均与原方等效。

Objective：Study the effect of Tianmagoutengyin Decoction and other compatibilities on Spontaneou Activity and Sleep in mice,and analyze the diffierence of each compatibility. Methods：Design to split the Tianmagoutengyin Decoction and register the number of the independent activity of the mice in 5 minutes after irrigation 60 minutes,and prolonging sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium. Result：Tianmagoutengyin Decoction and its without Yejiaoteng Fushen could markedly reduce the spontaneous motor activity, and prolong sleeping time induced by superthreshold dose pentobarbital sodium （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）, and other compatibilities had similar effects. Conclusion：Tianmagoutengyin Decoction without Yejiaoteng Fushen has the same sedative and hypnotic effects with the original formula.
