头孢哌酮钠和舒巴坦钠联合用药防治妇产科感染138例临床观察

Clinical Experience of the Treatment of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in the Infection of 138 Patients of Gynaecology and Obstetrics Department

目的:探讨注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠治疗妇产科感染的临床体会。方法:患者分为头孢哌酮钠和舒巴坦钠联合用药组治疗及阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾组。结果:治疗组有效率为91.3%,对照组有效率为82.2%。治疗组患者有19例出现轻微胃肠道和皮肤反应。结论:头孢哌酮钠联合舒巴坦钠在妇产科感染治疗中具有较高应用价值。

Objective：To discuss the clinical experience of the treatment of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium in the infection of department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods：Patients were classified into treatment group and control group, treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium, and amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate respectively.Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 91.3%, and control group was 82.2%. There were 19 patients in treatment group with slight gastrointestinal tract and skin reaction. Conclusions： Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium were useful in the treatment of postoperative infection.
