凋亡抑制蛋白Livin与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量：1

Progress in relationship between inhibitor of apoptosis protein Livin and tumors

摘要 Livin是新近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族成员，主要通过抑制Caspases蛋白发挥其抗凋亡作用。目前已在多种人类常见恶性肿瘤中检测到Livin过表达，Livin与肿瘤的发生发展、耐药及其预后等密切相关。探索Livin与肿瘤的关系有望为肿瘤的诊断和治疗开辟新的途径。 Livin is a newly discovered member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein family. Its anti-apoptosis function is mainly by inhibiting of casepases protein. So far, the over expression of Livin has been detected in many malignant tumors. Research showed that Livin may play a role in the progress of carcinogenesis of tumors and also be related with the resistence and the prognosis. Livin may serve as a new target for tumros diagnosis and treatment. In this review, we will summarize the new development in the relationship of Livin and tumors in recent years.
