音乐疗法在大型白内障手术配合护理路径中的效果研究

Study on the effect of music therapy in nursing pathway for operative coordination of patients accepting large cataract surgery

[目的]探讨音乐疗法在大型白内障手术配合护理路径中的作用。[方法]择期行大型白内障手术的病人198例,随机分为音乐组和对照组,两组均按大型白内障手术配合护理路径护理。音乐组再给予音乐治疗。术前术中测量两组病人的焦虑程度、血压及心率,并调查病人对手术期间的满意度。比较两组病人术前术中焦虑程度、血压及心率的变化、病人的满意度。[结果]音乐组与对照组比较,术前焦虑程度、血压及心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而术中音乐组较对照组焦虑程度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术中音乐组较对照组血压、心率波动幅度小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术毕满意度,音乐组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]音乐疗法可明显降低大型白内障手术病人的焦虑程度,稳定血压、心率,是一种简便易行,可明显提高大型白内障手术病人满意度和大型白内障手术配合护理路径效果的方法。

Objective：To probe into the effect of music therapy in nursing pathway for operative coordination of patients accepting large cataract surgery.Method：A total of 198 patients accepting large cataract surgery were selected and divided into music group and control group randomly.All two group patients were given large cataract surgery coordination nursing pathway nursing.Patients of music group were given music therapy.Anxiety degree,blood pressure and heart rate of all cases were measured before and during their operation.And satisfaction degrees of all patients during operation were investigated.And anxiety degree,changes of blood pressure and heart rate,and satisfaction degree of the two group patients were compared.Results：In terms of anxiety degree,changes of blood pressure and heart rate,there were no statistical significant differences between music group and control group cases before their operation（P0.05）.However,anxiety degree of music group patients during the operation was less than that of control group.There was statistical significant difference between them（P0.05）.Fluctuations of both blood pressure and heart rate of music group cases were less than that of control cases during operation.There were statistical significant differences between them（P0.05）.After operation,the satisfaction degree of music group cases was higher than that of control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion：Music therapy may reduce anxiety degree of patients accepting large cataract surgery obviously.It can keep blood pressure and heart rate of patients stable.It is easy and feasible.It may enhance the satisfaction degree of patients accepting large cataract surgery.And it is an effective method of enhancing coordination effect of nursing pathway for large cataract surgery patients as well.
