摘要
目的观察急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素(ET-1)及血小板CD62p的变化,探讨其在缺血性脑血管病发生发展以及早期诊断中的临床意义。方法对63例脑梗死患者及40例健康人分别抽取静脉血,以放免法(RIA)法检测血浆ET-1,用流式细胞仪法检测CD62p水平。结果急性脑梗死患者在急性期和恢复期血浆ET-1及血小板CD62p水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);恢复期虽明显下降,但与对照组比仍显著增高(P<0.01)。结论血浆ET-1和CD62p在缺血性脑血管病的发生发展中具有重要作用,对脑梗死的早期诊断和病情观察以及干预治疗等具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the levels of plasma endothelin - 1 and platelet membrane CD62p in patients with cerebral infarction(CI) to evaluate their effects on the formation and progress of the disease. Methods The plasma ET- 1 samples from 63 cases of CI and 40 healthy people were detected by radioirnmunoas^y(RIA), and the level of platelet membrane CD62p was measured with flow- cytometry. Results In the CI group, the levels of ET- 1 and platelet membrane CD62p were significantly higher than those in the control group respectively ( P 〈0.01). Compared with convalescence group, the levels of ET- 1 and platelet membrane CD62p in acute group were significantly higher( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Plasma ET - 1 and platelet membrane CD62p have an important effect on the formation and progress of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. And the detection of those targets can be an important guidance to the earlier diagnosis and treatment of CI.
