摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌各种X线征象及评价数字化摄影对乳腺癌X线诊断中的价值。方法回顾性比较分析144例经手术、病理证实的乳腺疾病与钼靶检查、高频彩超检查的诊断符合情况。结果 144例经手术病理证实的乳腺病患者中,恶性病变55例。超声组中诊断恶性(或疑似恶性)乳腺肿瘤42例,恶性肿瘤诊断符合率为76.4%;X线组中诊断恶性(或疑似恶性)乳腺肿瘤48例,恶性肿瘤诊断符合率为87.3%。结论钼靶数字成像在乳腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中有独特优势。
Objective To explore the application of digital imaging of mammography in the differmial diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 144 cars of breast cancer diagnosed by surgery and pathological results were all examined by highfrequency mammographybefore operation. Results Of the 144 cases confirmed by surgery, 102 were benign, 31 were fibromas, 54 were hyperplasia of mammary glands, 17 were benigh lesions, 42 ma- lignant lesions including I case of ductal carcinoma in situ, 25 were infitrating ductal carcinoma, 12 were adenocarcinoma and 4 were special malignant lesions. The agreement rates of high - frequency ultra^nography and mammography for breast cancer were 71.5 % and 87% （ P 〈 0.01） within the 144 cases. Conclusion Digital imaging of mammography has special advantages in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer.
