摘要
目的观察人工股骨头与全髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法对126例行人工股骨头与全髋关节置换术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组126例患者手术均获成功,其中优52例,良64例,可9例,差1例,优良率92%。结论行人工股骨头与全髋关节置换术能有效治疗老年人股骨颈骨折。
Objective To explore the curative effects of artificial femoral head and total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods The data of 126 routine artificial femoral head and total hip arthroplasty in patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The surgery was successful in 126 cases, excellent in 52 cases, good in 64 cases, satisfactory in and 9 cases poor in 1 case, The effective rate was 92 %. Conclusion Artificial femoral head and total hip in treating elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
