摘要
目的探讨脑室-腹腔分流术(V-P分流术)治疗脑积水常见并发症及防治。方法回顾性分析近6年来30例脑积水患者行V-P分流术的临床资料。结果 30例患者中有7例出现并发症,发生率约为23.3%,其中最主要的并发症为分流管梗阻和感染。结论 V-P分流术的并发症与术中操作、患者疾病性质以及身体状况有关,需要重视手术适应证的选择、手术操作技巧和术后处理。
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of the postoperative complications of ventriculo-peritoneal（V-P）shunt for hydrocephalus. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of hydrocephalus treated by by V-P shunt were retrospectively reviewed. Results Of the 30 patients, 7 cases（23.3 % ） got postoperative complications. The main postoperative complications were the obstruction of the catheter and infection. Conclusion The postoperative complications of V-P shunt are related to the surgical operation, the nature of illness and the physical condition, therefore, the selection of indication, surgical skills and postoperative care should be paid attention to.
