氧化电位水用于新生儿监护室物品消毒与循证医学应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨循证医学在新生儿监护室物品消毒选用氧化电位水的应用效果。方法:引入循证医学理论,通过对有关医院感染相关资料的调查采集,并通过医学文献检索数据库(MEDLINE)、中文医学文献数据库等相关的循证医学网站检索相关文献,综合评价,选用目前国际上一种新型环保的绿色消毒产品酸性氧化电位水,于新生儿监护室在控制感染消毒工作中用于治疗盘、新生儿保温箱、奶瓶、呼吸机管道、雾化吸入管道、氧气湿化瓶、体温表用后的消毒。结果:与传统的含氯消毒液消毒方法进行对比,各项卫生学监测指标经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05),均达到卫生学标准要求。结论:选用酸性氧化电位水作为新生儿监护室控制感染中的消毒方法,避免了传统的化学消毒剂对人体的有害残留毒性,无毒副作用,具有绿色环保、消毒时间短等特点。 Objective : To evaluate the effect of evidence - based medicine in choosing electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) to sterilize items for neonatal intensive care unit. Methods: A new environmentally -friendly green disinfection product, that is electrolyzed oxidizing water, was chosen to be used for the disinfection of infected treatment plate, neonatal incubator, milk bot- tle, ventilator tube, atomizing inhalation pipe, oxygen humidifier bottles and thermometers by adopting evidence - based medical theories to get information through the investigation of hospital infection data and medical literature database ( MEDLINE ) , etc. Results: EOW had no statistically significant difference in all hygiene monitoring indicators compared with traditional disinfec- tion method with chlorine - containing disinfectant and the indicators were up to hygiene standards. Conclusions : EOW used as disinfectant for the disinfection of infected items of neonatal intensive care unit can avoid the harmful toxic residues of traditional chemical disinfectants to human body. It has the advantages of environmental protection and shorter period of disinfection without toxic and side effects.
