平滑肌肌动蛋白在乙型肝炎肝组织中的表达

The expression of smooth muscle actin on liver tissues in hepatitis B

目的：探讨平滑肌肌动蛋白（ＳＭＡ）在乙型肝炎（乙肝）肝组织中的表达及其与肝病变的关系。方法：各型乙肝肝标本２７０例，对照组１０例，ＳＭＡ免疫组化标记。结果：在正常肝组织，ＳＭＡ仅在原有的肝内动静脉及胆管壁表达。在乙肝肝标本中，ＳＭＡ还在血管病变区阳性或强阳性表达，且ＳＭＡ表达的强弱及分布部位与肝病变密切相关。结论：ＳＭＡ在乙肝的病理发生和发展过程中有重要的参考价值。

Objective:To study expression of smooth muscle actin(SMA) on liver tissues of hepatitis B and its relation to liver damages.Methods:270 specimens of liver biopsy from patients with hepatitis B and 10 from normal individuals were taken for immunohistochemical staining with SMA monoclonal antibody.Results:In normal liver,SMA expressed only on arteries,veins and walls of bile duct.In liver of hepatitis B,SMA expressed also on the regions with vessel damage.The degree and distribution of SMA expression correlated with liver damages.Conclusions:The results indicate that SMA is an important reference according to the degree of pathological changes in the course hepatitis B.
