糖尿病患者甲状旁腺素、降钙素的变化

Change in parathyrin and calcitonin level in blood of diabetic patients

目的：了解糖尿病患者血甲状旁腺素（ＰＴＨ）、降钙素（ＣＴ）的变化及其临床意义。方法：观察５９例糖尿病患者血ＰＴＨ及ＣＴ的变化，与对照组比较。同时测定血肌酐、钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶。各组数据行方差分析、ｔ检验、直线相关分析。结果：糖尿病患者除并发尿毒症外，血钙、磷正常。与对照组比较，并发糖尿病肾病者血ＰＴＨ、ＣＴ升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。并随着糖尿病肾病严重程度的加重而增加；与血肌酐呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．００１），与血碱性磷酸酶无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：糖尿病患者一旦发生糖尿病肾病，就存在血ＰＴＨ、ＣＴ的异常及潜在的钙磷代谢紊乱。

Objective:To test the level change in parathyrin(PTH) and calcitonin(CT) in blood of diabetic patients.Methods:PTH and CT levels in 59 cases of diabetics were measured to compare with those in normal persons.The blood Cr,Ca 2+ ,P 3+ and AKP were tested simutaniously.The data were analysed by statistics.Results:Except in cases complicated with uremias,the diabetic patients had the normal concentration of Ca 2+ and P 3+ in blood;The blood PTH and CT rose in the patients complicated with nephropathy and increased as the nephropathy was getting more severe,and also correlated with the blood Cr( P <0.001),but not with the blood AKP level( P >0.05).Conclusions:Patient with diabetes occurs changes in blood PTH and CT in case complicated with nephropathy and has a potential disorden in Ca 2+ and P 3+ metabolism.
