摘要
为快速准确地测定粮食中的马拉硫磷农药,探讨采用农残2号毛细管色谱柱法测定马拉硫磷农药的准确性,得出精密度、回收率及最低检出限的结果是:检测时间10min,平均回收率88.6%~105.4%,最低检出限0.0005~0.0022mg/kg。该测定方法还具有很高的稳定性和重现性。
The determining method of Nongchan No. 2 of capillary chromatographic column is adopted to make prompt and accurate inspection of malathion in grains. The result shows that the inspection time is 10 min. the average recycle rate is 88.6%~105.4%,and the minimum detection limit is 0.000 5~0.002 2 mg / kg. Besides,this method enjoys high stability and recurrence rate.
