Experience and Enlightenment in the Reform of Agricultural Technology Extension Organizations in Haicheng City

海城市是辽宁省县域经济强县之一。近年来,全市遵循"公共财政支持公益服务"的思路,从构筑特色产业框架、强化公益职能、提升队伍素质、服务地区农业发展的思路出发,对乡镇农技推广体系建设进行有益探索与实践。总结特色农业技术推广站的建站经验,为各地基层农技推广体系改革提供借鉴。

Haicheng is one of the strongest intra-county economies in Liaoning province. In recent years it has made breakthroughs in the establishment of agricultural technology extension system across villages and towns in terms of structuring characteristic industry framework,enhancing public service,improving carders＇ quality,providing service to agricultural development in the region under the thought of ＂public finance supports public service＂. This article summarizes the experience gained in this respect by Haicheng city so as to provide insight and reference for other regions.
