我国农民专业合作社发展非常迅速,对农村经济发展起到了积极促进作用,但也面临诸多困难和问题。论述农民专业合作社在农村经济发展中的重要地位,总结出我国农民专业合作社尚存在资金不足、人才稀缺、政府干预过多、法律法规缺失等问题,并提出相应的对策。

Farmers＇ Professional Cooperatives have seen rapid growth in China and they have played significant role in the development of rural economy. Yet,various problems and difficulties exist in this field. This article discusses the role that these professional cooperatives may play in China＇s rural economy,pointing out such existing problems as inadequate funding,lack of talented people,too much government interference and lack of legal support,and correspondingly,the author puts forward countermeasures. development
