置换法压井技术在榆林气井的应用 被引量:3

摘要 该井是榆林气田一口开发井,该井在2001年对山_2层进行了压裂、试气求产,测试流动压力22.387 MPa,试气无阻流量6.6142×10~4 m^3/d,地层压力系数为0.9992,是该区块一口相对高压高产的气井。在对该井进行地层测试时由于测试工具掉入油管卡死,导致气井无法正常生产,由于气井相对高压高产,且油管堵死无法循环造成压井处理事故难度大、安全风险高。通过采用了井筒气液置换法压井技术有效的控制了压井的施工压力和压井液用量,并一次取得了压井作业的成功,保障了该井后续井筒作业的安全进行。 The gas well is a development well,which has been fracted in the year 2001,and has been tested the flow potential.The tested flowing pressure is 22.387 MPa,and the tested AOF potential is 6.6142×10^4 m^3/d,the formation pressure coefficient is 0.9992.The gas well is a good well in this area which has a higher pressure and a bigger flow potential,but when we test the pressure of formation,the testing tool droped in the well and it can not be fished anymore,The well had to be shut down,because the well has a higher pressure and a bigger flow potential,the tubing was blocked.We can't setup the circulating system of well control fluid,so it is difficalt to deal this accident.And all,we use the method of gas-water exchange.We controlled the pressure of gas well in underpit operation,and at last,we are prosperity in well control operating,guarrantee security.
