团队中的权力与文化——基于经济学视阈的团队解析

摘要 产生于后工业时代的团队,从实践角度看肇始于精益生产系统,从理论角度看属产业组织范畴。其实质包括两个要素:一是各种权力关系,另一是文化。前者是非契约性交易关系,后者则是工业文明的产物。我们对团队的解析应该基于这两点,否则会似是而非、流于肤浅和偏颇。 The word of team work was produced in the post - industrial era. It originated from the production system from the perspective of practice and belonged to industrial organization areas in the theoretical point of view. Its essence includes two elements: all kinds of power relations and different cultures. The former reflects non - contract transactions, while the latter is a product of industrial civilization. Our analysis of team work should be based on these two points so as to avoid being specious, superficial and biased.
