农业上市公司资本结构对获利能力影响的实证研究

Empirical Research on Impact of Capital Structure on Profitability of Agricultural Listed Companies

资本结构影响着获利能力,而不同的行业又具有不同的资本结构。以农业上市公司为研究对象,运用因子分析法求得上市公司的获利能力得分值,然后运用线性回归方法研究资本结构对获利能力的影响。研究结果表明农业上市公司获利能力与其资本结构之间存在着较强的线性关系;农业上市公司资本结构对其获利能力呈现负相关的影响;农业上市公司资本结构呈现逐渐优化的趋势。

The capital structure affects the business performance, and different industries require different capital structures. This paper researches on agricultural listed companies. Firstly it computes the profitability score of agricuhural listed companies based on factor analysis, and then studies the impact on the profitability of the capital structure based on linear regression methods. The results show there is high linear correlation between the profitability of agricultural listed companies and its capital structure. The capital structure has significant negative impact on the profitability of agricultural listed companies. It has the trend to better their capital structure.
