摘要
针对春光油田远离胜利油田后方基地、战线长、人员少、工作量大的困难,从勘探开发实际出发,以效益为中心,实施精细管理,组织结构实行扁平化、属地化和甲乙方合同化管理;加强信息化管理,实现油藏—井筒—地面油田生产全程数字实时准确监控;合理划分油藏经营管理单元;建立高效运营机制;强化勘探—开发—工程一体化运行;油藏经营方法做到了五个一体化,实现了规模储量向经济储量、局部开发向整体高效开发的"双向"拓展。对西部新油田的开发具有一定借鉴意义。
In view of the actual difficulties as heavy workload and shortage of personnel which faces Chunguang Oilfield,the authority take measures to integrate exploration,development and engineering in oilfield operation.Centering on profits gaining,they mange personnel by means of flat organization,localized and contract-based management.Other measures as information management,reasonable division of oil reservoir management units etc.are also taken.All the above discussed measures has contributed to the high efficiency overall development of Chunguang Oilfield.
