电解法预处理高浓度制药废水的试验研究

Study on the Pretreatment of High-concentration Pharmaceutical Wastewater by Electrolysis Process

采用电解法对高浓度制药废水进行预处理,本试验研究了电解法影响因素对电解效果的影响.通过试验发现,最佳停留时间为60min,最佳pH值为7.5,电解电压越高,处理效果越好,有机物浓度越高,电解处理效率也就高.

We use electrolysis process to pretreat high-concentration pharmaceutical wastewater in a test,which studied the effect of the electrolysis factors on electrolysis.Through the test,we found out that the best retention time is 60min,and the best pH is 7.5.The higher the electrolytic voltagis,the better the treatment effect will be.And the higher the concentration of organic matteris,the higher efficiency of electrolytic processing will be.
