摘要
随着活性炭的应用范围日趋广泛,使炭重新恢复吸附活性,重复使用,具有格外重要的意义.活性炭加热再生是炭再生过程的主要和必要手段.自生电热式活性炭再生设备的炉体为叠装式结构,结构独特,拆装容易.炉体整体振动,可有效防止炭粘连,降低炭损耗.采用自生电热及脉冲电流控制,通过调整不同的电参数,达到最佳活化效果.
With the increasing scope of application of activated carbon widely,it is particularly important to make the activated carbon re-adsorp and re-use. Heat regeneration of activated carbon is the main necessary means in the carbon regeneration process. Authigenic electrothermal equipment of activated carbon regeneration furnace has stack-mounted structure,which is unique and easily disassembled. The furnace body can make overall vibration,which can effectively prevent the adhesion of carbon and reduce carbon loss. And the equipment of activated carbon is controlled by using the authigenic electrothermal and pulse current,and by adjusting the different electrical parameters to achieve the best effect of activation.
