摘要
本试验以大棚嫁接黄瓜和自根黄瓜为材料,在不同天气下采用美国LI-COR公司生产的LI-6400型便携式光合仪测定黄瓜结瓜期的光合特性因子并分析其相关性,从而为大棚黄瓜的栽培管理提供科学依据和指导性建议。结果表明:晴天嫁接黄瓜Pn的最优化方程:Y=-137.82+0.039 3X1+1.855 5X2-44.297 4X3+0.413 1X4,阴天为:Y=-114.401 3+0.044 6X1+0.223 7X4+1.025 4X5;偏相关和通径分析表明:晴天对Pn的影响顺序为:气孔导度>光合有效辐射>蒸腾速率>胞间CO2浓度。阴天为:光合有效辐射>胞间CO2浓度>叶温。
Using LI-6400 photosynthesis measure system made in LI-COR Corporation of America and taking grafted cucumber and self-root cucumber as material,the experiment measured the photosynthesis characteristics factor in fruiting stage and analyzed their correlation so that scientific and guidable suggestion can be provided for cultivation of cucumber in greenhouse.The result indicated: net photosynthetic rate and photosynthesis effective radiation and stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of grafted cucumber were all single-peak curve whenever in sunny day or in cloudy day.The intercellular space CO2 changed as "U" and the leaf temperature changed as inverted "U".The optimization equation of Pn in sunny day attained by the method of stepwise multi-regression was: Y=-137.82+0.039 3X1+1.855 5X2-44.297 4X3+0.413 1X4,in cloudy day was: Y=-114.401 3+0.044 6X1+0.223 7X4+1.025 4X5.The analysis of partial correlation and path showed that the diurnal variation of Pn had significant correlation with PAR and Cond,the order of effecting ability was Cond PAR Tr Ci in sunny day and PAR Ci Tleaf in cloudy day.
