摘要
采用纸碟法进行室内毒力测定,比较了12种(商品名)杀菌剂对马铃薯疮痂病菌的抑制效果。其中5种杀菌剂有一定效果,25%比佳可湿性粉剂效果最好,其次是53.8%氢氧化铜干悬浮剂(可杀得2000),15%细菌先锋可湿性粉剂、72%农用链霉素可溶性粉剂、30%蓝金可湿性粉剂抑制效果较差。通过显微观察被杀菌剂抑制的马铃薯疮痂病菌形态变化发现,25%比佳可湿性粉剂能使病原菌孢子变形,可杀得2000使病原菌气生菌丝断裂,扭曲变形。
It was compared that the inhibition of 12 bactericides to Streptomyces spp.in potato by paper plate method in room experiment.Among 5 effective bactericides,the highest inhibition to the pathogen was caused by 25% Bijia wettable powder,the second was Kocide 2000.15% Bacteria vanguard wettable powder,72% Agricultural streptomycin soluble powder and 30% Lanjin wettable powder was bad in inhibiting the pathogen.Observing with microscope showed that the spores of pathogen was deformed after used 25% bijia wp,mycelial was twisted,inflated and deformed after used Kocide 2000.
