板坯结构、施胶方式对沙柳重组复合板性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以沙柳材为原料,以酚醛树脂为胶粘剂,试制3层结构重组复合板。探讨表芯层质量配比、施胶方式对板材性能的影响。试验结果表明,施胶方式采用浸胶,表芯层质量配比为2.25:5.5:2.25时板材各项物理力学性能较好。 The three-layer composite scrimber was prepared with Salix as raw material,the phenol-formaldehyde resin as adhesive in this paper,the effects of quality ratio of particle of surface layer to core layer and adhesive application method on board properties were studied.The results showed that physical and mechanical properties of panel was better when adhesive application method with resin-soaking and quality ratio of particle of surface layer to core layer with 2.25:5.5:2.25.
