摘要
在确认发酵罐常规碱循环CIP清洗参数的基础上,充分利用废碱对发酵罐进行暴冲,再结合酸循环清洗工艺能达到更好的清洗效果,且改进的清洗方法能更好地节约生产成本。
Through optimized parameters of cleaning-in-place (CIP) systerm, optimization of the CIP method was arrived by rinsing waste alkaline liquid and acidic detergents circling. Besides, cost can be reduced taking optimized CIP method.
