摘要 企业规模很大程度上决定了企业管理者经营企业的思路,而这是影响企业作出培训决策的主要因素。成功存活下来的微型企业家会对企业的短期发展比较关注,中小型企业主也会有他们自己的顾虑。相对来说,大公司的管理者一般都深信培训会增加收益,增强员工的凝聚力,这有利于形成对更新技能和多元技能培训进行投资的企业文化。
