浅析长株潭城市群物流企业战略联盟的建立

Analysis of Logistics Enterprises in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City Group of the Establishment of Strategic Alliances

长株潭城市群物流企业普遍的规模不足与战略资源短缺严重影响了企业竞争优势的形成,企业孤立经营的传统模式需要被打破,特别是"两型社会"建设,对物流企业提出更高要求的局势下,企业之间从对立竞争向协作竞争转换的迫切性越来越明显,而转换过程的组织方式就是建立企业之间的战略联盟。本文通过对长株潭物流企业战略联盟需求和在经济上的可行性分析的基础上,提出了长株潭城市群物流企业建立战略联盟的方式和战略联盟建立的保障措施。
