汉武帝没有通过征和四年所下《轮台诏》表示对自己一生征伐的悔过。《轮台诏》是武帝针对西域有关具体问题尤其是轮台屯垦一事做出回答的诏书,没有表现出对过去穷兵黩武的悔悟,也没有反思自己一生过失。

Rescript for Luntai issued by Emperor Hanwu was not penitent for wars. It responded why the army did not cultivate lands and inhabit in Luntai area, and dealt with something about the west area. Emperor Hanwu didn＇ t confess that making wars for expanding territory was an error or his other mistakes in his all life in Rescipt for Luntai.
