新建本科院校学报应立足学校学科建设构建专业学科特色栏目、立足地方历史文化积淀创建地方特色栏目、捕捉社会文化热点和焦点创建文化特色栏目,走特色化发展之路。
The journals of newly established colleges should go on the road of development with such special features as basing upon college disciplines＇ construction for the construction of major disciplines, basing upon local historical accumulations for the creation of local columns with special features, capturing the focus and hot spots of social culture for the creation of columns with cultural features.
