北京市病案管理科室情况调查分析

An Analyzed Survey on the Situation of the Department of Medical Record Management in Beijing

目的为了全面了解北京市病案管理学科的现状,建立和完善北京市病案质量控制和改进体系,提高病案管理水平。方法利用"医院病案管理科室情况调查表"对北京市二级以上医疗机构病案科现状进行调查。结果收回调查表136份,其中三级医院41份,二级医院95份,占北京市二级以上医院的91%。为医院管理者提供大量、详实的基础数据。结论医院病案科经过多年的发展在专业设置,软件应用都有大幅提高,但在专业人员配备、病案库房面积及组织管理建设上还需加强。

Objective In order to understand the Beijing medical record management discipline the present situation,establishes and consummates the Beijing medical record quality control and the improvement system,raises the medical record management level.Methods Beijing medical record quality control and the improvement center have carried on the investigation to the Beijing two level of above medical establishment＇s medical record administrative offices situation.Results altogether receives ＂the hospital medical record to manage the administrative offices situation examination table＂ 136,among three level of hospital 41,two level of hospital 95（accounted for more than two（including 2） 91% of the hospital）.Conclusion The hospital medical record branch has enhances largely in specialized to establish,the software application,However,in professional staffing,medical record area and the Treasury building on the need to strengthen the organization and management.
