摘要
目的提高病案质量监控结果的权威性、可比性、统一性。方法通过MSA技术,利用偏倚性、重复性、再现性、系统一致性、漏判率、误判率等评价病案质量监控系统的优劣,实施针对性改进。结果经改进后,偏倚性、重复性、再现性、漏判率、误判率均得到极大改善,系统一致性比率由23%提高到83%≥80%。结论运用MSA法对病案质量监控系统进行分析,可以迅速有效识别影响病案质量监控结果的关键因素,有针对性的实施改进措施,使病案质量监控更加科学、全面、规范。
ObjectiveTo improve the authority,comparability and uniformity of the medical record quality monitor result.Method Through MSA technology,evaluate the effect of medical record quality monitor system by using the indexes as bias,repeatability,reproducibility,system consistency,missing report rate and false alarm rate etc.Results The bias,repeatability,reproducibility,system consistency,missing report rate and false alarm rate has been improved greatly.The system consistency rate has increased from 23% to 83%（≥80%）.Conclusion MSA can help to identify the key factors influencing the medical record quality monitor results so as to implement specific improvement measures and improve the scientificity,allsidedness and normatively of medical record quality monitor system.
