Factors Affecting Hand Hygiene Compliance and Its Countermeasures

目的探讨手卫生在医院感染预防中的作用。方法分析影响手卫生依从性的原因。结果医务人员手卫生知识缺乏,医院感染意识淡漠。结论手卫生是预防医院感染中的重要环节。加强宣传和培训,转变医务人员手卫生观念。设置完善、方便的洗手和手消毒设施,提高医务人员手卫生的依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of hand hygiene on nosocomial infection prevention.Methods The factors influencing hand hygiene compliance were analyzed.Results Medical staffs lacked knowledge of hand hygiene and consciousness on nosocomial infection.Conclusion Hand hygiene is a vital link in prevention of nosocomial infection. It′s necessary to strengthen the publicity and training and change medical staffs＇ concept on hand hygiene.The set of perfect and convenient hand washing and hand disinfection facilities also contributes to improvement hand hygiene compliance of medical staffs.
