Neuroimaging research on cerebral vasospasm and its current progress

摘要 脑血管痉挛(CVS)是蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的常见并发症之一,也是该类疾病致死、致残的重要原因,近年研究结果表明神经影像学检查对CVS的早期判断及监测具有较大价值。本文综述了经颅多普勒、数字减影血管造影、CT灌注成像、CT血管成像、磁共振弥散加权成像及灌注加权成像等神经影像学技术在判断CVS方面的临床应用及其进展。 Cerebrovascnlar spasm is a common complication of subarachnoid hemorrhage, and also one important reason why such diseases cause death and disability. Recent research results show that neuroimaging examination has a great value in early cerebrovascular spasm judgment and monitoring. This article reviews the clinical applications and progresses of neuroimaging techniques such as transcranial doppler , digital subtraction angiography, CT perfusion imaging, CT angiography, magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging and perfusion-wcighted imaging in cerebrovascular spasm judgment.
