摘要
随着国家和地区的产业结构调整,各行业的人才需求相应发生了变化,人才结构与产业结构调整存在总量和结构并存的矛盾,突出表现在高技能人才的明显匮乏。本文以中国、日本、韩国、新加坡、印度等国对高技能人才进行的多途径培养培训的经验与模式进行梳理、概述,为探索如何构建多元化、现代化、全球化和终身化的高技能人才培养新模式,提供有益的启示。
Along with national and the local industrial structure adjustment, various professions talented person demand has had the change correspondingly, the structure of talent and the industrial structure adjustment existence total quantity and the structure coexisting contradiction,displays prominently in the high skill talented person obvious deficient. This article by countries and so on China,Japan,South Korea,Singapore, India the multi--way raise training experience and the pattern which carries on to the high skill talented person carries on combs, the outline,how for explores constructs multiplex, modernized, the globalization and the lifelong high skill personnel training new pattern,provides the beneficial enlightenment.
