本文介绍了扎兰屯农牧学校特色办学与人才培养模式创新的经验：主要的办学特色有蒙汉双语教学，农科教结合，全员育人的方式；人才培养模式创新教学计划方面依据专业特点和我地农牧业生产实际需要，我们整合了与种植养殖业生产相关的文化基础知识，增添了与当地生产相适应的新知识和新内容，对原有的专业教学模式进行了创新与实践，采用了“驻场教学”、“订单培养”、“初中教师专业培训”、“校企联合办学”等模式，获得了良好的教学效果。
