在高校教师管理中,从教师的需求出发,综合运用各种激励手段和方法,充分挖掘广大教师的潜力,调动教师工作的积极性、主动性和创造性,从而提高教育教学质量。
Manages in the university teachers,embarks from teacher's demand,the synthesis utilizes each means of incentive and the method,the full excavation general teacher's potential, arouses the enthusiasm,the initiative and the creativity which the teacher works, thus enhancement education quality of teaching.
