自行车运动员不同负荷下踏蹬动作研究

摘要 本文以江苏自行车队某场地运动员为研究对象,在SRM功率自行车上进行恒定踏蹬频率的递增负荷实验,采集不同负荷下运动员稳定骑行的踏蹬力数据,并同步采集下肢部分肌肉的表面肌电信号。研究该运动员在特定频率下稳定骑行时,随着运动负荷的增大,踏蹬周期内踏蹬力的变化以及下肢部分肌肉的工作特征,分析运动负荷对该运动员踏蹬动作的影响,为运动员的专项训练提供参考。 This article take the Jiangsu voluntarily motorcade some location athlete as the object of study,carries on the constant pedals frequency on the SRM power bicycle the increasing load experiment,under the gathering different load the athlete rides the line of pedals strength data stably,and synchronized gathering lower limb partial muscle superficial myo- electrical signal. Studies this athlete rides the line stably when the spot frequency,along with physiological load of exercise enlargement,in the pedals cycle the pedals strength change as well as the lower limb partial muscle operating characteristics, the analysis physiological load of exercise to this athlete pedals movement influence,for athlete's special training provides the reference.
