40%炔螨特·阿维菌素乳油对柑橘红蜘蛛的室内毒力测定及田间防效评价

Efficacy of Propargite plus Abamectin 40%EC against Panonychus citri Mc Gregor in Laboratory Toxicity Tests and Field Experiments

对40%炔螨特·阿维菌素乳油防治柑橘红蜘蛛室内毒力及田间效果进行了试验。结果表明:该药剂对柑橘红蜘蛛有较好的防治效果,在室内毒力测定中:炔螨特与阿维菌素以3:397比例复配时的共毒系数最高,达185.21,增效作用最显著,在田间试验中:40%炔螨特·阿维菌素乳油有效成分用量为93.33mg/kg、186.67mg/kg、280mg/kg,药后30d对柑橘树红蜘蛛的防效分别为68.72%、79.75%、85.12%。

Laboratory toxicity tests and field trials of propargite plus avermectin 40%EC against Panonychus citri Mc Gregor were conducted. The results showed that the combination of propargite and abameetin had good control effect against Panonyehus citri Me Gregor. Laboratory toxicity tests showed that when propargite and avermeetin mixed at the ratio of 3：397, the co-toxicity coefficient reached 185.21 and the synergism effect was obvious. Field experiments indicated that propargite plus abamectin 40% EC used at application rates of 93.33, 186.67, and g/kg showed control effects of 68.72%, 9.75%, and 85.12%, respectively, 30 days after treatment.
