摘要
以玉米为试验,研究了不同浓度NaCl微咸水灌溉对玉米的出苗、干物质累积、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔阻力、根系活力及叶绿素浓度的影响。结果表明,3g/L是灌溉水中NaCl含量的上限。在含盐量低于3g/L的情况下,盐分对苗期玉米的生长有不同程度的促进作用,超过3g/L时,则会对作物生长产生危害。并简要分析了玉米苗期根系和冠对盐分和不同反应。
Effects of NaCl concentration on emergence, dry matter accumulation, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal resistance and vigor of root of maize seedling were investigated. Results suggests that upper limit of NaCl concentration for maize seedling is about 3 g/L. The growth of maize seedling is stimulated to some extent as NaCl concentration increase, provided concentration is less than 3 g/L. After higher than 3 g/L, NaCl will be harmful to maize seedling. The differences between shoot's and root's response to NaCl are also presented in this paper.
